Hi! Im Gina, I am a certified yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people move their bodies with proper form, intention, and confidence. My teaching style focuses on alignment, strength, mindful movement, and creating space in both the body and mind. I love guiding students toward a clearer, calmer headspace through breathwork and movement. Outside of yoga, I’m deeply connected to exercise, art, and creativity. I love photography, drawing inspiration from nature, and expressing myself through movement and design. I’m also an athlete at heart, especially through softball, which has shaped my dedication, discipline, and understanding of the body. Rooted in spirituality and my religious foundation, I aim to bring grounding, purpose, and a sense of peace to every class I teach. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where students can grow, become stronger, feel supported, and reconnect with themselves on and off the mat.
