By morning, she’s serving up the best Benedicts in town at House of Bennys where every plate comes with a side of love, respect, and a hot, fresh cup of coffee. By evening, she’s channeling ancient fire through Fusion Fire Yoga and building Awaken Warrior, a transformative yoga teacher training that weaves Hatha, Tantra, and Kundalini into a journey of power and presence. She’s creative, committed, and community-rooted — whether she’s crafting syllabi or specials, everything she touches becomes an offering.

Always a Student as well as a teacher, Sonya is a facilitator of the HARMONIC EGG, an Energy Practitioner who shares Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki, and many other healing modules designed to assist you in your own healing journey.
