Salty Yoga

So you never been to a yoga class and not sure if you can do it. Guess what there are so many styles of yoga all of which are beneficial. Salty Yoga is designed with you in mind, its for everyone, its not hard and anyone can do it!


Salty Yoga is for you, using both yoga and halo-therapy to relieve stress and anxiety to bring your body in a balanced state over time will you notice you have more strength and flexibility in both your body and in your life.

This is one hour where you can totally forget the outside world and really connect with yourself.


Here is a brief overview of the class:

We begin with the sound of OM (don't worry you can say your OM's to yourself in your head) OM or AUM is the basic sound of the universe, so by chanting it, we are symbolically and physically acknowledging our connection to nature and all other living beings.

Finding stillness for a moment while be guided to connect with your breath.


Throughout the class you be encouraged to breath deeply, and reminded to keep your attention on your breath as we slowly make our way through movements. These movements are very basic but essential to our bodies.


The last 15 minutes of the class is focused on relaxing in total stillness while being guided to take notice of any tensions and allowing you to release those tensions while allowing your body to find its natural breath and just BE.


This class is really for everyone we live such on the go lives that we forget how to truly relax. As we focus on breathing in the salt, the salt particles will penetrate deeply into the internal air passages creating a calming and relaxing balance in the nervous system. The properties of the salt will reduce the body's toxins and encourage cellular regeneration.
